This submittal is incomplete. All that was provided was a hand draw sketch of the property. I am requiring a Plat of Survey to serve as the Site Plan, as in my judgement such accuracy is needed to ensure compliance with dimensional standards, including setback requirements. Also, an accompanying Site Plan and Plan of Operation Application is required.

A Site Plan and Plan of Operation Application was submitted to the Village Clerk along with a copy of the CSM of the property from 2021. While the CSM is a scaled drawing, it doesn't depict the location of the proposed tent. As such, the submittal is still incomplete.

An updated version of the CSM was submitted to the Village. However, the document isn't legible in its submitted condition, and the tent is depicted in two different locations on two different pages of the CSM. This is still an incomplete submittal.

Conducted a site visit at the LD"s BBQ property with Leon and Brad. Leon will prepare a revised Site Plan based on the 2021 CSM and include a project narrative with further details. The area with the proposed tent will be cordoned off from vehicular traffic. Also, the area of the property where the outdoor consumption of alcohol is allowed during events be defined.
